Product Description
Refractory ceramic ball is made from industrial alumina and other raw refractory materials, and processed by scientific formula, molding and high temperature calcinations. It has advantages of good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with material, high mechanical strength, long working life, high temperature resistance (up to 1800°C).
Fireproof ceramic ball can be divided into ordinary ceramic ball and high alumina ceramic ball. The ordinary ceramic ball is suitable for shift convert and reforming furnace in sulfuric acid and fertilizer industry. The high alumina refractory ball is suitable for hot blast furnace, heating converter and other equipment in urea, steel and other industries.

耐火瓷球分普通耐火球和,普通耐火球适用于硫酸和化肥行业的转化器和变换炉,高铝耐火球适用于尿素、钢铁等行业的热风炉、加热变换炉等设备。
适用于化肥厂高低温变换炉、转化炉、加氢转化器、脱硫槽及甲烷化炉中,起分散气液、并支撑、覆盖和保护催化剂的作用。耐火球也可用于钢铁行业的热风炉和加热变换设备中。
