PTFE Pall ring
PTFE Pall ring (100% pure PTFE) is a kind of special plastic random packing designed to serve special working environment and applications. PTFE has very stable chemical performance, and hardly makes reaction with any acid and alkali. PTFE Pall ring can be used stably in the temperature of -200 to +250 centigrade thermometer.
Features:
1. Low pressure drop, large void space, large flux, high mass-transfer efficiency, low energy consumption etc.
2. Excellent distribution in tower packing.
3. Operational temperature range: Up to +160°c
4. Application: suitable for all kinds of separation, absorption, desorption device, atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, ammonia removal, desulfurization system, ethylbenzene separation, isooctane, toluene separation.

PTFE塑料鲍尔环对拉西环作了重大改进，在环壁上开出两排有内伸舌片的窗孔，这种结构改善了气液分布，充分利用环的内表面，与拉西环相比，处理量可提高50%以上，而压降低一半。
特点:鲍尔环填料具有低压降，通量大，效率高的特点。聚四氟乙烯鲍尔环较同类尺寸的PALL环具有更低的压降及更高的传质效率，而且在填料层内液体分布好。
应用：适用于各种分离、吸收、脱吸装置、常减压装置、合成胺脱碳、脱硫系统、乙苯分离、异辛烷、甲苯分离等。
